Enhanced Capital Allowances
Heat pump and solar hot water products are applicable for enhanced capital allowances. Products registered on the ECA scheme qualify to 100% of the total cost of installation to count as a year one tax allowance.

Carbon Trust Loans
Small-Medium Enterprises can apply for interest free loans from the carbon trust (www.carbontrust.org.uk). Loans will be made based upon the value of carbon emissions saved and will vary project by project. We will advise if the proposed installation is likely to qualify for such a loan.
