Design Stage:
It is extremely important with heat pumps, that your system is designed by people who really know what they are talking about. Cutting corners might reduce initial capital costs but in the short to medium term you will find the heat pump becomes expensive to run and may even not heat your home adequately. Remember a ground source heat pump is a 25 year plus investment and if you want your heat pump to do what it says on the box get your system designed properly, by experts like Capture.

In new build projects we will ask you to provide us with a copy of your plans and your SAP report. We can then provide designs and quotations for all your various options, including underfloor heating and radiators if required. If your project is a retrofit, or renovation, we will conduct a site survey to assess your best options. We will carry out detailed heat load calculations to ensure the system we recommend is exactly the right system to keep your home as warm as you want, as economically as you want.

Installation Stage:
We can undertake all aspects of your installation, from digging trenches and organising drilling contractors, to installing under floor heating and radiators. Alternatively, if you wish to undertake any, or all of your heat pump installation, we will be happy to provide technical support to you, or your contractors throughout
